Joel Wishnia
Chief Operating Officer

Joel Wishnia has worked in the treatment field since 2016. Joel grew up in South Florida and returned in 2016, after his own personal struggles with alcoholism and addiction. He is dedicated to helping others find a new way of life.

Amanda Timonere, LMHC, NCC, CCMHC, MCAP
Chief Clinical Officer

Amanda Timonere has served in the Mental Health Field since 2010 and holds a Dual Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Barry University.

Alex Costa
Chief Marketing Officer

Alex Costa, a Massachusetts native, is a person in long-term recovery from Addiction and Alcoholism. His passion and purpose for helping others always remain at the forefront as our Chief Marketing Officer.

Liam Mcelwee
Chief Revenue Officer

Liam has extensive knowledge within the treatment field and in working with people. Liam, has been in the recovery field for four years and is a great asset to our team.

Dr. Duy-Nguyen, DO
Medical Director

Dr. Duy Nguyen, D.O. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Ganon, DO
Medical Director

A 1982 graduate Of UMDNJ/SOM, Dr. Ganon is board certified in Family Medicine. In a busy career spanning over 30 years, Dr. Ganon has taken on many clinical and leadership roles.

Dr. Tildabeth Doscher, MD, MPH
Medical Director

Dr. Doscher is the Medical Director at Long Island Treatment Center and is double-boarded in Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine. She completed both her Medical Doctorate and her Masters in Public Health at UCLA.

Cole Timonere, JD, LMHC, NCC
Clinical Director

Cole Timonere has served people in the mental health field since 2010, where he began his career as an attorney. He shifted to counseling when he found that his passions lie in assisting folks in a different capacity.

Susan Stallone, LCSW, CASAC
Director of Substance Use Counseling

Susan is a licensed clinical social worker with a certification in addiction. She has overtwo decades of experience in numerous different treatment modalities including,residential, outpatient, methadone, and mental health.

Clinical Director

Toni Manzione is the Clinical Director at Garden State Treatment Center.

Paul Cordero
Director of Operations

Paul is a person in long term recovery, and has a passion for helping people with substance abuse disorders achieve sobriety, and maintain recovery.

Kimberly Arroyo
Director of Operations

Kimberly Arroyo grew up in Long Island New York and moved to South Florida in 1997. She Struggled with her own addictions for many years. After getting sober, she decided to work in the treatment field where she found her passion helping others to achieve sobriety.

Melissa Manzone
Director of Operations

Having worked in behavioral health treatment since 2007, Melissa brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in treatment operations and high caliber safety standards.

Lorena Donayre
Director of Operations

Lorena earned her Master’s in Substance Abuse Counseling from Grand Canyon University. With a hands-on approach, she warmly welcomes every client who enters, offering a safe space for them to embark on their new life journey. Her unwavering dedication is evident as she actively engages with each individual in our facility.

Patrick Casey
ARNP

Patrick began his medical career working as a registered nurse in emergency departments and trauma centers in 2008. After 7 years of seeing first hand the devastation of addiction (overdoses, suicide attempts, traumatic motor vehicle accidents), he transitioned to working in substance abuse.

Chelsea-Koziar
Director of Admissions

Chelsea has worked in the recovery field since 2014 and she aspires to help people find the same quality of care that she received when she first sought help. Her passion is to create an admissions process for the individual and their loved ones that is seamless and as efficient as possible.

David Goloski
National Director of Alumni & Family Services

David joined the team here at RBHN to bring aboard his expertise of engagement and structure within alumni programming. RBHN is passionate about the alumni services they provide to their clients and share many of the same visions and goals that David does.

Christina Scherer
Family Services Advocate

Christina began her professional career in behavioral health in 2019, dedicating herself to working directly with individuals struggling with substance use disorders. She now uses her personal and professional experiences to guide families through their loved one’s recovery process.

Jackie Lewin
Director of Business Development (Southeast)

Jackie began her career with RBHN at Garden State Treatment Center in Sparta New Jersey. Shortly after, she relocated to South Florida to begin her role as community outreach for RBHN. She has now stepped into the role of Director of Business Development for all of our Southeast locations.

Demetri Botsaris
Sr. Director of Business Development (Northeast)

As a seasoned professional in the behavioral health care space, specializing in substance abuse, Demetri brings a unique perspective to the RBHN family. Demetri’s journey to RBHN has been shaped by his own long-term recovery, giving him a deep understanding and empathy for those struggling with substance abuse.
